The Moonraker Hotel offers three spaces to hold your business meeting and can even offer outdoor team building exercises on site in our paddock such as archery and clay pigeon shooting. We can accommodate smaller meetings from 6 delegates, to events holding up to 120 guests dependent on the occasion.

The Drawing Room

Up to 12 delegates boardroom

Located in the manor house the drawing room has double heighted ceilings, original 15th century features, lots of natural light and its own door leading out onto the manor house lawn.

The Green House Marquee

Up to 65 theatre, 48 classroom, 50 boardroom

This solid sided fully heated all year round event space can be used for all sorts of events from team building (using the outside lawn and paddock area) to a training room with boardroom and soft seating area. It can also accommodate up to 100 for a dinner or lunch.

 

The Milking Parlour restaurant, bar and lounge

Up to 85 theatre, 65 boardroom

This space is hugely versatile and can be used for almost any event with easy ground level access and double doors. This room would only be available from 11am (due to breakfast) but can be used as part of an exclusive use event from 7am

This fully inclusive package is the most affordable way to run a business meeting at The Moonraker Hotel.

 Christmas Lunch

Thank you so much for organising such a splendid Christmas lunch for our choir. The staff were so attentive, and it was all very much appreciated. Most of the people I spoke to were more than pleased with their meals. Mine was top notch. Overall, we felt it was a lovely start to Christmas and I’m sure we’ll be back next year.
